Many years as a personal trainer and life on the planet have convinced me of the benefits of exercising as we age. We not only feel better physically, we feel better in ourselves.
I understand how difficult it can be to exercise if you’re suffering from aches and pains or you simply can’t motivate yourself. My job is to work with you to make the most of the body you’ve got and give you a training programme you enjoy. If you enjoy exercising, you’ll feel inspired to continue and will get results.
Whether you want to get into shape, lose weight, walk the dog round the block, recover from an injury, prepare for a tramp or cycle ride, I can help you reach your goal.
